· Q: Can't find the items you want ?
A: Please contact us by live help, email. phone .

· Q: What is your saftisfied guarantee policy?
A: Our Unconditional Return and Replace Policy means that if you are not satisfied with any item you purchased . you can simply mail it back to us with the packing, with approve of purchase such as your contact detail and order number son within 2 weeks upon reception. We will either replacement or full refund (excluding the freight charge). No question asked!

A: If your order shows damage on receipt, Please show the driver and take a photo of damage goods . Contact us immediately .

A: Sorry. We do not send free samples . You are welcome to place a trial order with us.

· Q: How long it will takes to get my order after I made payment

A: your order normal will be posed t in two working days or short . It could take up to 10 days to arrived at some part of Australia . For international buyer it could take up to 3 weeks . 
· Q: Do you take customized order ?
A: Yes. You are welcome to provide us with samples or pictures with details of specifications.

A:Once we send the goods, we will provide a tracking number to you upon request .You can log in your account to check your order status

· Q: What should I do If I didn't receive my full order or not what I ordered ?
