Q: I can't find the items I want

A: Please contact us by live help, email or phone so that we may help you to the best of our ability.

Q: What is your 'satisfaction guaranteed' policy?
A: Our unconditional return and replacement policy means that if you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased, you may simply mail it back to us. We request that your package is in its original packaging with proof of purchase (such as your contact details and order number), and that you mail it back within 2 weeks of reception. We will either provide a replacement or fully refund you (excluding freight charge).

 

Q: What if the goods arrive damaged?
A: If your order shows damage on reception, please show the driver and take a photo of the damaged goods. Contact us immediately.

 

 

Q: Do you send free samples?
A: Sorry, we do not send free samples. However, you are welcome to place a trial order with us.

 

Q: If I need to make a large order do I receive a further discount ?
A: Discounts are dependent on product type and product quantity. Please contact us to discuss this matter further specific to your order,

 

Q: How long it will take to receive my order after I have made my payment?

Q: Do you take customized orders?
A: Yes. You are welcome to provide us with samples or pictures with details of specifications.

 

Q: How can I know about my order status?
A: Once we post your goods, we will provide a tracking number to you upon request. Then, visit this site to check your order status.

 

Q: What should I do If I didn't receive my full order or not what I ordered ?
