Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2  business days after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes (Australia)
Once dispatched, the estimated transit time within Australia is 3 to 12 business days.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders Australia-wide.

• Bulky Items: Please note that this flat rate does not apply to large or bulky items (e.g., Gazebos, Shoe Cabinets, Reception Desks). These products have specific shipping rates which are clearly noted on their product pages.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders via Australia Post and other trusted courier partners. We select the most efficient and cost-effective carrier for your delivery. All parcels include a tracking number.

• Tracking Your Order: Your order status will be updated with the tracking information within 2 business days of dispatch. You can track your package using the provided number.

• Please Note: Occasionally, there may be a delay before the tracking information appears in the carrier's system. This does not mean your order has not been shipped; it may simply be in transit between scanning points. We appreciate your patience.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it under the following conditions.

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging and tags.

Process

1. Contact Us First: Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to initiate the return and receive a Return Authorization number and instructions.

2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Conditions

• Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

• Postage Adjustments: If an item is returned due to unsatisfactory quality and the actual cost for us to ship the item to you exceeded the standard $10.00 fee, the difference will be deducted from your refund.
